WEDDING PLANNING
Location. Location. Location.
Congratulations on planning one of the most memorable and important days of your life! My team and I at the French Quarter Wedding Chapel know just how important it is for your wedding to go as smooth as possible.
As a boutique, custom, and go-anywhere chapel, we carry a strict standard of handling your wedding in-house to the fullest extent possible. This helps to keep your wedding managed, gives you a realistic idea of how to budget for your special day, helps to avoid or resolve any unexpected emergencies with ease, and overall allows you to enjoy your special day rather than try to coordinate several moving parts.
Jackson Square
In the heart of the French Quarter, or Vieux Carre, Jackson Square is surrounded by the legendary Mississippi River, fairy-tale St. Louis Cathedral, the Cabildo and Presbtere, and the Pontalba Apartments. If you’re looking for something that is both beautiful and bursting with history and meaning, Jackson Square is an excellent wedding location.
Armstrong Park
Considered the birthplace of jazz, and once an iconic meeting place for slaves, Armstrong Park is found in downtown New Orleans, on famous Rampart Street. This location is optimal for daytime weddings, boasting beautiful views, architectural features, and even an iconic bridge.
City Park
Most people don’t know that City Park is actually bigger than Central Park in New York! Home to the New Orleans Museum of Art (NOMA), with expansive grounds that are accented by wetland-inspired ponds, City Park is a picturesque location for a variety of wedding styles and sizes.
